reno updates

well, the flat is somewhat in it's 3/4 finished stage..... dee and i are totally excited about it... after all these weeks of running about shopping for furniture, toilet bowls and stuffs..... and juggling that with our heavy schedule, we wanna thank God that He has sustain us through all this time..... Praise God!

bittersweet

is it bitter or it it sweet but i like bittersweet choc...
i am having it now, on a sat evening, venting out my emotions on a piece of edible.

7 days later

it's exactly a week after our ROM fanfare, it had been so far quite the same yet quite not. i cant describe in significant language how i am feeling as the latest mrs chiong. some teased us abt it, some treated it's another day but i know it means alot between john & i...

thou we aren't living together yet ( not till nov ) but we are really getting more excited each day, looking forward to the house, the pictures on the wall, the colour of the bed, the lights in the toilet and even the model of the microwave oven...it's no long what i wann or he wanns, it's all about what we both wann and how to compromise and negotiate our way through.
i really love to see that day, 15th november 2003...

ginette called me the latter yesterday but i forgot to turn and acknowledge her...

i starting to feel a lil tensed. john, me and his folks went shopping at robinsons yesterday and there we gotten our first KING SIZE kingkoil mattress which cost us an arm and an leg. well, for the sake our our poor back we decided to splurge for once and for all...

later then, we were having our dinner at our wedding banquet restaurant and to settle the deposit thingie. the beginning was ok...but i ended up not sleeping well in the night.

i must also thank the following:

- kim & tien ching( husband & wife-to-be), karen (mum-to-be) & helen ( famous wedding dance ) for coming to the mini ROM.
- sham & anne ( photographers & buddies )
- joyce ( my other lub ) for dropped by but MIA..hurr hurr

to the many who are not there but we thank you for your blessings too!!!

fumbled through my words, too excited to talk properly... haha..... but things were great...

for the first time

this is my first attempt to say a vow, this big, this important and this very first time
i confessed that i was rather nervous but strangely didnt show it cos i cant be crying in front of people right thou i can and would if i wann

well, finally i can start hearing chains of people congratulating me as " mrs chiong"...which i am trying to get adjusted to i am obviously very praoud of that, but physically i was too slow to release an expression out of it. i am trying i guess the solemnisation went on simple and fine... a quiet affair with less than 10 persons present including us, witness and pastor.

special thanks goes to gLENN & suELyNN who had made time out for this occassion and they are the " true witnesses " to this developing relationship! MANY thanks you !!!

well, i think apart from the fore-coming wedding in nov, i enjoyed today best...i was pretty relaxed and loved the company of my few closer buddies...


haha...quite lost now to express how i feel now. a little different i guess and alot of hard work later for me and john to work on our relationship.

in a small little room
glenn and suelynn will be our witness...
with some other friends...
and think it's just gonna be a 15mins thing...
if u aren't invited, it's not that we don't love u....
just the the room's kinda small.....

i can understand how strange it is like how dee describe it...
we will be legally wedd tomorrow...
but our church wedding will be held in November..
thus, we are only technically married... somehow or rather... hah!
i must say the feeling is pretty weird.....
